Deep thinking sessions benefit from background music.
I’d like to share some of my personal favorites.
This is a great collection and in-browser player by Julien Mier. Rich sounds.
SomaFM has some really great commercial free Internet Radio stations.
Some of my favorites are
- Groove Salad — Chill, ambient, downtempo but with variety.
- Space Station — Chill, spaced out, odd sounds. Mental.
- DEF CON Radio — Great background beats. Hilarious DEF CON quotes.
- Drone Zone — Ambient only, great when you need to really concentrate.
- Suburbs of Goa — Happy grooves, India inspired.
- Secret Agent — For when you’re doing something particularly epic.
This endless instrumental hip hop stream was recommended by Radu Raicea.
Great stuff! Super chill, dope beats. Kind of jazzy, like floating in clouds.
Non-stop four-on-the-floor blissed out waves. Amazing crescendos.
Turn it up and dance when it drops!
Something magical about this one.
Micah Stubbs made a YouTube Playlist of this stuff! Hooray!
